Reflo Health provides focused occupational mental-health assessments for organisations managing work, rehabilitation and employee health in Australia. Reflo Health is not a treatment service and does not provide ongoing psychiatric care.

Assessments are provided through Australian-registered medical practitioners undertaking specialist training in psychiatry, where appropriate to the referral question, clinician competence and applicable requirements.

Where specialist psychiatric opinion, permanent impairment assessment, complex causation, expert evidence or another specific credential is required, the matter is identified as outside the routine assessment pathway and an appropriate escalation pathway is recommended.

Information on this website is general in nature, is provided for organisational information purposes, and does not constitute medical or legal advice. Service availability and suitability depend on the referral question, clinical circumstances and applicable requirements.

Reflo Health does not provide emergency or crisis mental-health care. This website should not be used to seek urgent assistance.

Assessment reports address the occupational questions raised in the referral and are prepared for the referring organisation. Reports state the information relied upon, the clinical reasoning applied and any limitations affecting the opinion. Reports should not be relied upon beyond their stated scope or timeframe.

Information submitted through this website is used to respond to your enquiry. Please do not submit sensitive clinical documentation through the website contact form. Handling of information is described in our privacy overview.

Reflo Health is in its initial pilot stage and these terms, along with service scope and operational arrangements, may be updated as the service develops.
