What is Reflo Health?

Reflo Health is an AI-assisted referral intake workflow platform designed to help specialist clinics reduce referral administration burden and improve intake workflow efficiency.

The platform assists with referral summarisation, identification of missing referral information, intake organisation, and administrative workflow support.

Reflo Health does not replace clinician judgement.

Is patient data encrypted?

Yes. Reflo Health utilises commercial business-grade infrastructure providers that use industry-standard encryption and secure transmission methods, including HTTPS/TLS encryption.

Is AI used?

Yes. Reflo Health uses AI-assisted document processing to help structure and organise referral information for administrative workflow purposes.

The system is designed as a workflow support tool and not as an autonomous clinical decision-making system.

Is patient data stored overseas?

Some third-party infrastructure providers used by Reflo Health may process or store information outside Australia as part of cloud-based operations.

Reflo Health uses established commercial providers and aims to minimise unnecessary data retention wherever reasonably practical.

What happens if automated processing fails?

If processing fails, the original referral remains available within the clinic's existing email systems for manual review.

Reflo Health is designed to support — not replace — existing clinic workflows.

Does Reflo Health replace clinical judgement?

No. Reflo Health is an administrative workflow support platform only.

AI-generated outputs should always be reviewed alongside original referral documentation prior to clinical use.

What file types are supported?

Current supported formats include PDF documents, Word documents (.docx), PNG/JPEG image files, and scanned referral documents.

Does Reflo Health integrate with existing clinic workflows?

Yes. Reflo Health is designed to operate alongside existing referral email workflows with minimal operational disruption.

Clinics can continue using their existing referral inbox processes.

Who can access referral data?

Access to operational systems is restricted to authorised accounts protected by authentication controls.

Is Reflo Health intended to provide diagnosis or treatment recommendations?

No. Reflo Health is designed solely for administrative referral workflow support and intake assistance.
